CSCO Think Tank

Competing in the Crosswinds

 W Hotel, Prague
 12th - 13th March 2026

Act with clarity through volatility.

In Partnership with

Volatility is the baseline. Geopolitics, tariffs, energy and inflation are design inputs—not noise. This private, invite-only CSCO Think Tank convenes CSCOs and equivalent senior leaders from multinational manufacturing, CPG and industrial businesses to move from discussions to decisions.

We open with a State of the Nation: a clear scan of today’s macro forces and the opportunity landscape across service, cost, cash and sustainability. Then we move into two Decision Labs:

AI that moves the P&L: Stand up provable use cases powered by AI-driven planning and scenario modelling to lift service, reduce cost and free cash, credibly and without moonshots.

Resilience with clear economics: Build and compare options (buffers, dual-source, near/ally-shore, logistics capacity, reverse logistics) using cost-to-serve and scenarios to quantify trade-offs across service, cost, cash and emissions—and set activation triggers (tariffs, lead-time deltas, FX bands, risk signals). Express resilience in board-ready economic terms aligned to your KPIs and sustainability goals.

You’ll leave with a shared language, peer-tested ideas and first-draft action plans, shaped with other CXOs in a trusted environment, to take back to your teams. Expect clearer ways to communicate trade-offs, a shortlist of actionable use cases (AI, planning, scenario modelling, cost-to-serve, circularity) and practical next steps to drive transformation, innovation and resilience in a complex, fast-moving world.

Who it’s for

CSCOs and equivalent senior leaders from multinational manufacturing, CPG and industrial businesses with remit across the end-to-end value chain (planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, customer service) and P&L outcomes.

We prioritise executives with accountability for service, cost, cash (and increasingly sustainability metrics), ideally mid-transformation and willing to share peer-level insight under Chatham House rules.

Typical titles: CSCO, EVP/SVP Supply Chain & Operations, COO, VP Operations/Supply Chain.

  • (GR3 & GR1, U‑shape)
Tables select 3 micro use cases and build a 90‑day proof: owner, KPI lift, baseline, risks/controls, and go/kill/scale criteria. Room chairs: TBD Blue Yonder senior executives (neutral).

  • Coffee/tea & light bites.

  • (GR3 & GR1)

Construct a priced options portfolio (buffers, dual‑source, near/ally‑shore, logistics capacity) with activation triggers (tariff %, lead‑time delta, FX bands, service risk). Includes a 10‑min “Pitch the CFO” sprint per table.

  • (Great Room 3)

Read‑outs, challenge, and lock decisions & owners: top 3 AI proofs + top 3 resilience options with trigger thresholds and dates.

  • A clearer economic view of resilience—comparing options (buffers, dual-source, near/ally-shore, logistics, reverse logistics) and the activation triggers that guide when to pull them.

  • A high-trust peer network you can lean on after the event for pressure-testing and follow-through.

  • A concise post-event summary capturing key insights and next steps for internal alignment.
